Turns out Daniel was asked to do
some tracks for Dutch vodka brand Puschkin. You might recognize Daniel's name as we featured one of his releases, which was quite tasty, in our review section. It certainly didn't hurt that he got signed to Tiesto's own label, Black Hole Recordings.
The tracks are availible on
www.puschkin.nl in the download section and directs links are below.
Sasha recently had a remix competition for his Mongoose track, and we've taken some of the work out of finding some of the entries that did not win, and compiled a neat little list for you! There are quite a few good remixes in this list, its a surprise none of these won!
I'd like to draw attention to the Peter Martin and Bs as Deep Remixes, top notch from both camps! The contest was originally hosted in mid January and ran for 30 days. To date, I've not found the winning entry, does anyone know who won? Read on past the jump for a slew of remixes that didn't quite make the cut.
A few weeks ago we featured a review of Funk master Don Rimini's latest EP on Delicious Gutter and today we're giving away a free track from the EP, 'Nervous Breakdown'.
Delicious Gutter is a new imprint devoted to
spreading Pure Gutter Heat! What’s “Gutter Heat,” you ask? Well, it’s a dirty,
nasty, undefinable grimy bass street sound that’s taking over the planet. It’s
straight from the gutter’s all over the world and there’s a serious movement out
there, folks. The best part of it all is that there’s a constant flow of young
and exciting producers coming from all over the world. It’s not just NY, LA,
London, Berlin and Paris anymore.
If 'Gutter Heat' is what you are looking for, grab the free download after the jump!

Side Note:
Anne has played in almost every corner of the globe including Italy,
Ibiza, Japan, Austrailia, New Zealand, USA, Austria, Norway, Finland,
Germany, Greece. She has a huge following in Canada, especially Toronto
where she is one of the few international DJs to play ever major dance
club in the city, as well as being invited to represent the UK by
playing for the British Embassy in Canada.
I've been a huge fan of Mike's work for some time now and he decided to provide us with a tasty little treat!
"This is
something I produced before the end of 2007. It was going to be on a
major compilation.. but things didn't happen as planned. It was planned
for release on one of the well known labels (I don't want to give out
names) but I honestly don't think its worth to wait more than a year
for the release to come out. So I happily give out this full 320kbps
free for download! For use in radio shows / djing / or just to listen
and watch the sunset.
